Souper Saturday
Saturday, October 15 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 201 Cedar Street, downtown Smithfield
This fundraising event, sponsored by IOW Christian Outreach Program, offers an all-you-can-eat meal of soup, ham biscuits, and desserts. All monies raised will pay for heating costs for those in need during the winter months. Tickets are $5.00/adults and $3.00/children 12 and under. Many churches have tickets available or they may be purchased Monday-Friday at the offices of Trinity UMC (9:00 am - 2:00 pm) and Smithfield Baptist Church (9:00 am - 5:00 pm). Tickets can also be purchased at the door that day.
