Art Show Opening Night Gala at Windsor Library

The Windsor Branch of Blackwater Regional Library is very excited to be hosting the Windsor Elementary School Winter Art Show. Join us for an evening of music, refreshments, stories and crafts and of course…ART. Can’t make it opening night? Don’t worry, the art will be on display until March 9!
