The 1750 Isle of Wight Courthouse is happy to present reenactments of actual courthouse cases, based on historical facts, dramatized for the first time.
The time is 1784 in front of the Chancery Court. Three cases come before the court this day and the proceedings are witnessed by more than the living. Death, wills, orphans, and woman of ill repute figure in this mix of misplaced paperwork and chaos on Court Day.
