Celebrate the fall harvest at one of the oldest continually farmed plantations in the country. Along with craft and food vendors, guests can enjoy live bluegrass music and activities including hearth cooking, basket weaving, yarn spinning, sack races, corn hole, and antique farming equipment demonstrations. Every member of the family will find something to do, including riding on an antique tractor-drawn hayride, scaling a straw fort, or participating in crafts and colonial games. Activities like pumpkin painting and scarecrow stuffing will give guests something to take home and decorate the yard with. There is no fee for the event, but a $7 park entrance fee applies per vehicle and donations will be accepted for all activities.
