This is a chance for voting CITIZENS of Isle of Wight County to meet and hear CANDIDATES for county offices as we prepare for the elections on November 3.

• For Board of Supervisors, Newport District: Albert P. Burckard Jr. & William McCarty
• For Board of Supervisors, Smithfield District: R. L. "Dick" Grice & Lawrence Pitt
• For Board of Supervisors, Windsor District: Delores C. "Dee Dee" Darden & Joel Acree
• For Clerk of Circuit Court: Sharon Nelms Jones (UNOPPOSED)
• For Treasurer: Judith C. Wells (UNOPPOSED)

• Each candidate with opposition will have 2-3 minutes to make a statement about his/her candidacy.
• Audience questions will be written on 3 x 5 cards, taken up for the Moderator.
• The Moderator will organize the cards to ask questions of appropriate candidates.
• Candidate responses will be limited to 1 to 1½ minutes per question.
