The Isle of Wight Citizens’ Association (IWCA) will meet 7 p.m. Monday 12 September 2016 in the conference room at Sentara St. Luke’s Medical Center, 20209 Sentara Way, Carrollton, Va. 23314. Our guest will be Mr. Rex Alphin, Chair of the Isle of Wight County Board of Supervisors, who will present his view of the current state of our county. The public is always invited.
