Isle of Wight County Museum presents "Reflecting on Vietnam"
Saturday, October 8 at 11:00 a.m., 103 Main Street in downtown Smithfield
As the nation commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, the museum will host speaker Jim Blesse who will give a brief synopsis of the war and its origins, detail its legacy, discuss some of the misconceptions concerning service in Vietnam and share his experiences in combat in the Mekong Delta.
